MISSION & AMBITION.
The RichPort Business Park (formerly known as Park-Rijk) covers the southern part of Schiphol-Rijk. Founded and developed in the 90's with a clear and pioneering vision. To create a working environment with high end real estate, with ample sub street level parking facilities and an abundance of nature. In short: tomorrow's business city. Well... Tomorrow is today. Today RichPort is inhabited by a wide range of ambitious corporates from all around the globe. With a strong field of companies that are active in high-tech and software industry, it is no surprise that a large part of our community sees the value in offering an attractive workplace, where we take our responsibility in using renewable energy. A workplace that goes beyond a room with a view and also provides great food, convenience, leisure & entertainment and a sense of being part of a larger community. The RichPort community.

We take our responsibility in sustainable energy by using the residual heat from datacenters that surround us. This heat can be used for heating spaces, so that the use of natural gas can be eliminated. This alone makes up for 70% of the energy demand in our park.

Have you noticed the absence of parking lots when driving through the park? We're sure you have. This does not mean that they are not there.
On the contrary: the parking ratio is excellent, but aesthetically situated below street level.
